Sesame bagel, one of the most beloved flavors of Turkish cuisine, is an indispensable part of breakfast tables and street culture. With its crispy exterior and soft interior, this treat is enjoyed by everyone, and it's actually quite easy to make at home.
The most important feature of the bagel is the abundance of sesame seeds covering it. When high-quality and fresh sesame seeds are used, the bagel's aroma becomes much more delicious.
Prepared with carefully selected sesame seeds from İnci Gıda, these bagels offer a result that is both delicious and preserves its traditional taste.
