Raw sesame seeds are separated from their hulls by passing them through sieves and sent to roasting ovens. Roasted until they reach the desired consistency and then having their moisture removed, the sesame seeds are crushed in traditional millstones to produce tahini.
Our tahini, produced with 100% additives and natural ingredients, is used in products such as halva, simit (Turkish bagel), cakes, pastries, hummus, nougat, bread, and tahini cream, and can also be consumed mixed with molasses.
